At SLGEduFees (a service operated by SLG MULTISERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED), we provide a secure platform for educational fee payments. Refunds through our platform apply only to failed transactions. This policy outlines how refunds are handled when using SLGEduFees.
1. Refund Responsibility: Platform vs. Institution
- SLGEduFees Responsibility: We refund amounts deducted from your account but not credited to the Educational Institution due to technical issues with the payment gateway or platform.
- Institution Responsibility: If the payment is successfully received by the institution, any refund related to overpayment, cancellation, or student withdrawal must be requested directly from the Educational Institution as per their refund policy.
2. Eligibility for a Platform Refund (Failed Transactions)
You are eligible for a refund from SLGEduFees only if:
- The payment amount was deducted from your bank account/card.
- The transaction is marked as Failed or Pending and the institution has not received the funds.
- The refund request is made within 15 days of the transaction.
3. Refund Procedure for Failed Transactions
To request a refund for a failed transaction, please email us at:

Include the following details:
- Subject: “Refund Request – Failed Transaction ID [Your_Transaction_ID]”
- Registered email address and student details
- Proof of amount deduction (bank SMS/email/statement)
After verification (within 48 hours), eligible refunds will be initiated. Refunds typically reflect in your bank account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Non-Refundable Cases via SLGEduFees
- Successful Payments: If the institution has received the payment.
- User Errors: Incorrect student ID, wrong institution, wrong fee amount.
- Service Charges: Any convenience fee charged by SLGEduFees is non-refundable.
- External Failures: Poor connectivity, insufficient balance, or user interruption.
5. Changes to This Policy
SLGEduFees may update this Refund Policy periodically. All changes will be published on our website with the updated date. Continued usage of our services means you accept the revised policy.
